How is the content delivered?
You will get the content delivered as a PDF File with links to Canva, unless otherwise noted - so you can edit & brand them if you wish. Images are delivered as JPG files. Training Videos are included inside a mini course for easy reference, and are delivered with a login email.
When is the content delivered?
As soon as your payment has cleared via PayPal or Stripe, you will receive a Thank You email with links to access your products.

Are the Gift Shop items POD?
Yes. I design the items and a Print On Demand company prints, knits, or embroiders your item and ships it to you. I try to order samples so I can be the first to see the quality and feel of the product. I hope to soon have a blog post so you can see my personal images and reviews of the products.
Please note these are designer products. People purchase for the design or saying that is an original piece. These are priced higher than Wal-Mart for that reason.
Sometimes I may offer my services for you to submit a design you made or pictures of your family, so you can specialty order.
Is the Membership free?
No. There is a monthly membership fee. You may cancel at any time and you will lose access to the members area. All files can be download by you and stored on your own computer.
The membership is connected to this website. There is an app so that you have easy access to the membership area, as well as any courses/ bundles you may have.
A price increase will not effect current subscribers with accounts in good standing.

Do You Offer Refunds?
No, we generally do not offer refunds. However if you have an issue with your purchase please contact us. We are happy to offer you a solution & will work with you.
